Orientation Information

This is the information I will be giving out on Orientation Day.  This is a handy place to find all of the basics about our class.

Welcome to

Miss Peloso’s

Language Arts Class!

In Seventh grade Language Arts, you are going to expand your skills in writing, grammar, literary interpretation, and oral presentation.

Supplies:

          One folder  (2-pocket, 3-prongs)

          One notebook

          Pens or Pencils

          Loose-leaf paper

          Agenda book

Important Information for Parents:

  • There will be Language Arts homework 3-4 nights a week.  Please ask your child about it every night.
  • I will check agenda books every week.  Writing down their homework is worth 25 points per week.  I expect students to write their homework assignment down in the agenda book every class period (even if it is “no homework”).
  • I will contact you regularly to keep you up-to-date about your child’s progress, grades, and behavior.
